Delco Pop-Up Home Show Vendor Guidelines & Agreement
Vendor spaces are limited and curated to ensure a high-quality event experience. Please review the following terms carefully prior to securing your space.

Date: May 31, 2026
Location: Drexelbrook Event Center, 4700 Drexelbrook Drive, Drexel Hill, PA 19026
Setup & Breakdown
- Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM
- All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM
- Breakdown begins at 3:00 PM
- Vendors are required to remain for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted.

Display Guidelines: We encourage vendors to create eye-catching and inviting tables using visual displays and clear signage that includes your business name.
Please be mindful that all signage and displays must remain within your assigned booth space and may not obstruct neighboring vendors.
- For safety and accessibility, no items may extend into the aisles at any time.
Vendor Payment & Cancellation Policy
All vendor fees are required in full at the time of booking to secure your space.
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the upfront costs associated with venue, marketing, and event production, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including vendor cancellation or inability to attend.
Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your vendor space to another business, subject to approval by event management.
- All transfer requests must be submitted in writing
- Replacement vendors must align with event standards and category guidelines
- Final approval is at the sole discretion of event management
Event Cancellation
In the event that the organizer must cancel the event, vendors will receive a full refund of all vendor fees paid.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their ability to attend and are encouraged to have backup staffing if needed.
Audio & Sound Equipment
Any vendor planning to use audio equipment must notify event management in advance. Unauthorized use may result in removal from the event without refund.
Electric Add-On
Electric access is available for an additional $25 and must be selected at checkout.
General Rules
- Vendors must remain present for the full event
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display, and materials
- The event organizer reserves the right to make final space assignments and adjustments as needed
Liability & Responsibility
The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining their own insurance if desired.
Conduct
The event organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor displaying disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Force Majeure
The event organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, venue issues, or government restrictions.
Agreement
By purchasing a vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
